- Saves time trying to keep up with where multiple people are on projects.
- Makes keeping up with the schedule a breeze instead of a nightmare trying to find each thing. I can easily search my schedule to find specific things. It's a game-changer.
- Makes it easier to know where I'm at on everything I have to do and helps me feel less overwhelmed.
- Helps other employees not drop the ball on things I've asked them to complete.
I use it to manage my department. I have people in the office and out in the field that need to be kept inside the loop of what's going on for each job. It also makes assigning work that needs to be completed much easier to keep track of. We are providing cabinets and installing them in over 300 homes this year with a builder and I was able to create a schedule of each lot that gets installed and where we are on each one that I can view at any time no matter if I'm out in the field or in the office.

Monday.com is designed perfectly in my opinion. I've never used management software that has worked this easily or smoothly. With minimal setup time.
