monday.com is used across all revenue teams. It solves problem of workflow distribution and tracking across departments. Prior to monday.com, the team had various project management tools where it was not clear what teams were working on what projects or what the current status of cross-functional products was. monday.com allows us to create custom boards and views that let us see what items other teams are working on, but only ones relevant to our team's initiatives.

We have had no performance or reliability issues. Automation rules function largely as expected and are critical to making sure work flows smoothly within and across teams. The ability for monday.com to be fully functional and online at all times is important for us since we are a global organization.
