Monday.com is being used across our organization to manage the status of our clients' legal disputes and their progress. We primarily manage appointments with relevant experts and key information related to our matters. That being said, our entire business model is effectively displayed across multiple boards and groups. Monday.com solves issues relating to scale. It would otherwise be incredibly difficult to organize and/or memorize the sheer amount of data that we receive.
- Manage client information.
- Manage progress on projects.
- Collaborate with co-workers on matters.
- A wider variety of templates for new boards.
- Less steps to move items around.
- The ability to uncouple metrics and sub-items between different groups.
I have never had any issues with functions on monday.com failing to function as designed. It is important for all users to understand though that this is cloud-based software, so if your electricity goes off or the internet goes down, the application will seemingly not work as it is designed.
