Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is being used across our organization to manage the status of our clients' legal disputes and their progress. We primarily manage appointments with relevant experts and key information related to our matters. That being said, our entire business model is effectively displayed across multiple boards and groups. Monday.com solves issues relating to scale. It would otherwise be incredibly difficult to organize and/or memorize the sheer amount of data that we receive.
  • Manage client information.
  • Manage progress on projects.
  • Collaborate with co-workers on matters.
  • A wider variety of templates for new boards.
  • Less steps to move items around.
  • The ability to uncouple metrics and sub-items between different groups.
I would give it an eight out of ten because for the most [part], it is very easy to integrate data into monday.com in a very organised fashion. That being said, initially there is a bit of a learning curve that doesn't necessarily need to be there. Tools could be more visible and user-friendly. I struggled with initial tasks on monday.com.
I have not personally dealt with monday.com customer support, but based on the sheer volume of emails I have received from support as well as conversations that my senior has had with support staff, I certainly know that the support is efficient and capable of dealing with any issues and related queries speedily.
I have never had any issues with functions on monday.com failing to function as designed. It is important for all users to understand though that this is cloud-based software, so if your electricity goes off or the internet goes down, the application will seemingly not work as it is designed.

Monday.com is recommended for the management of large sums of data. If you work in any industry where you have several clients or your clients have lots of data that you need to organize in a workable manner. That being said, it is less appropriate for complex sets of data as you are bound by its structure.
