Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We utilize monday.com as a project management tool for a long list of items within our marketing department. Social media, internal marketing project request forms, daily task lists for individuals, large projects, etc. It's extremely user-friendly, fun, and easily customizable to fit your personal project management needs. I don't know how we kept track of anything before joining monday.com!

We continue to spread the word within our organization, and one of our branches is interested in implementing it with their team of project managers.
  • Allows our team to seamlessly work together.
  • Customizable automations make our workflow effortless.
  • Easily integrate with other apps and software that we use daily.
  • Allows our employees nationwide to easily request a marketing task.
  • The ability to create forms that we can share and that will collect data into a format we can customize.
  • Allows us to review and share data, where our time is mostly spent, who we are helping the most, highlight possible time stealers and implement solutions, etc.
  • Makes project management FUN! You get that instant gratification of crossing things off your list(s). And this is reiterated with little celebratory animations.
  • monday.com has grown so quickly and implemented so many new features. I'd love even more examples of how they can be used to inspire our own boards.
  • The time (and sanity) savings are invaluable.
  • Employee time and project management are amazing. It's easy to set new employees up and start assigning and tracking projects.
It is easy to customize a board using the templates or by starting from scratch. The wide range of projects and boards we have created fit each of our needs as they arise.
They have the BEST customer support. They are relatable, fun, and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues (which are rare)!
We use lots of integrations with forms, Outlook emails, etc. Any issues with integrations or automation have been user-error on our part, which were easy to find and fix.
