Our nonprofit was struggling to stay organized and with task management due to some rapid growth. I was hired to help create new systems to make our work more efficient and streamlined, and I knew monday.com could help us do that, since I'd used it at two other nonprofits in other positions.
- Helping teams see who's responsible for what

- High-level overviews and scope

- Keeping all steps of a project organized
- Helping teams see statuses of various steps of projects
- Could use improvement in formulas and functions (to make it easier to transition Excel sheets into monday.com)

It's been fantastic for our team's work. We went from using about a million spreadsheets that no one could find in our folders to having 20 workspaces and 100+ boards in monday.com, and it's been amazing! We use it for task lists but also deadlines, calendars, forms, reporting, and more.
