Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our nonprofit was struggling to stay organized and with task management due to some rapid growth. I was hired to help create new systems to make our work more efficient and streamlined, and I knew monday.com could help us do that, since I'd used it at two other nonprofits in other positions.

  • Could use improvement in formulas and functions (to make it easier to transition Excel sheets into monday.com)

Almost all of our 30 employees feel comfortable using monday.com after just three months, and some of those had said beforehand that they are "tech illiterate" and would have a very hard time using any project management platform. One of our team members was particularly worried about it, and within a month, she was a pro! monday.com makes it easy to try stuff out, and their help network is fantastic.
Every time I've reached out to their support team, I've gotten a helpful response within hours. They're truly great. So helpful and very prompt.
It's been fantastic for our team's work. We went from using about a million spreadsheets that no one could find in our folders to having 20 workspaces and 100+ boards in monday.com, and it's been amazing! We use it for task lists but also deadlines, calendars, forms, reporting, and more.

monday.com is great for teams of various sizes. It helps keep projects streamlined with lists of tasks, and you can easily see who is assigned to what steps. Deadlines are easy to add and see. Updates are fabulous and save you from having to send a million emails about a project. You can see the status of everyone's tasks easily, and you can create dashboards that give you a high-level overview of your work at a glance.
