Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We integrated all our internal operations in monday, employee data, days off integration, salary calculations, etc. With monday combined a lot of sheets we had into one, and increased our overall collaboration within the team quite a lot. Monday's support team has also been very helpful on quite a lot of occasions, assisting in formulas overall questions!

- Exporting data with custom orders and views
- Overall experience when using the site is great!
- Automations & Integrations
- Mirrored columns
- Pivot tables, they exist only on enterprise version but even that is not really useful
- Monday should have some export settings, like what columns to always include or their formats
- Time savings
- Increased NPS
- Time to respond to tickets
Never really noticed a downtime on the app, performance is top notch
