Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to track daily "To-do" lists. It's a great tool for keeping track of jobs that need to be collaborated on between groups of people. We often have up to 10 people working on a single task and it's a great tool to keep everyone on track and see the progress on a task.

monday.com has integrated nicely with some document signing platforms that we use. We're still looking into other integrations but overall the functionality has been working out.
So far most of Monday has been pretty intuitive and self explanatory.
Never had any downtime with monday.com. The site loads super fast which is a huge positive for us. We need to be able to get in quickly and make changes quickly and so this has been a great experience so far. Never come across any broken features either.

In my opinion, monday.com is specifically great for collaboration and keeping track of tasks that involve teams of people. For example, some marketing material needs to be written by one person, the graphics created by another, and then approved by someone else. For us, monday.com is a great tool for keeping track of where any roadblocks are. You can set it up so that you can easily see where a task is being held up. Great tool for project management. I believe it's probably not suited to a small company or individuals where collaboration between many people isn't needed.

monday.com & Collaboration

The ability to easily track projects has been incredible. You can easily have 10 or more people collaborating on a single task and easily be able to see where any roadblocks in a project are and then quickly move to fixing them. It's nice that monday.com make it visually appealing and much more user friendly than using an Excel spreadsheet to track tasks.
