We use it for tracking quotes, tracking purchase orders, tracking work flow, tracking analytics of purchases, employee calendar.
- Communication between Employees (users)
- Easy of Use (very clear interface)
- Linking to Emails (being able to copy in and send emails directly from)
- Easier to add emails from other pages (mirroring columns esp email doesn't allow me to then send emails to that column)
- Slow when multiple tabs are open
- Customer support for free!
- Positive - keeps incoming quotes organized
- Wish it could integrate to sort emails vs manually entering
Overall it was the best platform for us to use and allows the most customization (not perfect, but closest we found at the time we onboarded).
