Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Monday as a project management tool to organize my job tasks and track progress of ongoing projects to make sure deadlines are met. I use Monday multiple times a day and also build out our Learning team surveys in the system for internal use. Monday does a great job of creating a central hub for my team to see what work needs to be done and what action items are assigned to them. We are working on building out a business process to automate our requested work and training requests.

Pros and Cons

It has great visual options for work flow items
It has great work flow hierarchy built in
It has easy to understand branching options in the survey function

The automations are not very easy to implement for those who don't know exactly what they are wanting to accomplish. I would say providing more out of the box options for new users that are easy to understand
I would also say adding another level of sub items in action items. Currently we can have items and sub items but I find myself often needing more depth for bigger projects

Return on Investment

Team swim lane alignment and deadlines met have increased 100%, since implementing Monday in the team our visibility of our project ownership and deadlines have made us more agile in meeting deadlines and opening more time for new projects

Usability

I would say I gave this a lower rating as there are a lot of options for automated tools they are just not very intuitive for individuals that are not knowledgeable in these systems already. Writing a custom automation is too often where I live as there are not a lot of out of the box options for automating survey responses to trigger business processes. The system is capable of doing this it is just very complicated to try and get it to work seamlessly

Support Rating

I gave a 6 rating as I am not sure if we have this feature. The few times I have had issues the customer service for the system has been great

Reliability & Availability

I have never experienced an outage or any functional issues that have hindered use of the program

I love utilizing Monday to track and organize daily tasks and strategically plan out projects ownership and tasks. As I have started to use Monday to create and facilitate survey campaigns in the company around training tracking, Training requests, and internal mentor programs. I have a hard time finding something you can not utilize Monday for as there are so many options for organization. I would suggest this program to anyone wanting to take ownership of their project management and daily tasks
