Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for new employee onboarding, project management, delivery of content to sales and Customer Support tracking. Additionally, monday.com is used for our Sales Boot Camps. monday.com is very flexible for tracking our education requirements and with Salesforce integration we are able to feed information back into our CRM for further tracking, coaching and follow up.

  • Assignment of tasks to individual contributors.
  • Feeding information back into our CRM.
  • Delivering training modules and tracking follow up by learners.
  • Document management and data management, content, and tracking owners, aging and editing.
  • Better search criteria - keywords, meta data, saved content.
  • Scanning directly into a form from a device.
  • Aging and removing stagnate boards & notifying owners of their aged boards
  • Our Customer Success team has been able to track our customer success, health and well being though monday.com. They have created Red Light/Green Light boards and a host of other customer views.
  • Product Marketing and Enablement work together to share documentation so that training of new employees goes much faster and smoother.
  • Through monday.com we have avoided buying other systems that are purpose built for a single task.
monday.com is super simple to learn and use. Our new employee adoption is less than a month for most of our boards, which makes them a lot more productive, faster. We often times will start with a canned template and work back to create our own boards, which makes it faster to implement and get into the hands of our users.
The little amount of support that we have needed has been taken care of quickly. During our integration to Salesforce we required a support person to help with the tactical connection piece and then follow up with field mapping. In all however, it was a great experience and we haven't had to use support since.
monday.com is always on. We have no issues with uptime availability, features not working or the integrations failing. In all the system has performed at levels better than expected. We feel so confident that we have recommended monday.com to other mission critical areas of the company, including support and development.

monday.com is well Suited for:

  • Simple daily task management
  • Integration with Google Suite, calendar, email, etc.
  • Scripting of tasks

If monday.com could start up in an environment where other applications could be launched from, then I would work from my dashboard most of the time.
