Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com in a number of ways. From inventory management, project management to sales. We use the inventory management to help us know where our exhibits our in the country & where they are going next. For project management we break down each project & track all the movements & details we need. Our project team uses this for daily reports, condition reporting, etc. For sales we use it to track our incoming leads, customers, venues, deals & so much more.
- Sales pipeline - CRM platform
- Communication - everything is in one place & all the parties can access it at any time
- The forms have been perfect for getting information from our employees while they are out in the field.
- There are some automations we'd like to use that are not available.
- It would be great to have more capabilities for the Android mobile system. We are limited on what our team members with that technology are able to do within monday.com.
- Easier setup of project management boards - this has been incredibly helpful for setting up multiple projects & seeing where timelines cross.
- Communication - everything is in a place where it's easily accessible for our team. We can have all the updates in one location & not buried in multiple people's emails.
Having everything in one place has been amazing for our organization. We don't have to sift through Dropbox or Gmail, it's all right there. Anyone can access it. I also really like the private boards - this is helpful for sensitive information.
