Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently use it for project management for each organization we onboard- It allows us to capture all meetings and milestones in a functional, easy-to-use manner and allows us to easily share the project plan and collaborate with our clients.

Need to access the site in order to share the URL of a project plan with a client/would be nice to do this directly from the app

Return on Investment

Time Savings- being able to duplicate a project plan allows us to easily put it together and share it with the customer the same day we have our kickoff
Time Savings- allows us to create templates that we can use for different types of projects that we onboard

Usability

The UI is easy to use, colorful, aesthetically pleasing. The ability to use and create a template has saved us a significant amount of time when it comes to onboarding. It also allows us to easily share this with clients- without the use of messy spreadsheets/things not always saving/having to re-access excel spreadsheets if they're not shareable/etc.

Support Rating

I have not needed to reach out to Customer Success or Support just yet.

Reliability & Availability

I've never had any issues with monday.com being glitchy/not performing well/etc. If there is any scheduled maintenance- we are notified via email. I've only experienced performance issues once- when attempting to duplicate a line item and was being thrown an error message- logging out and logging back in was able to solve the issue.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a great project management tool- that's specifically what I have used it for. I love how collaborative it is; how it's easy to use - and the fact that it makes it easy to just copy/duplicate a project plan to use it as a base for another project. It's great that it allows you to create templates for different types of projects/etc as well.

Can't live without monday.com
