Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used monday.com to organize client information, deliverables and newsletter data. The automations made it easy to track deliverables to ensure that all clients were on track to receive necessary items within a timely manner. It also allowed us to keep other team members in the loop, assign action items and communicate about the specific client or deliverable. I also used it for tracking newsletter articles/ads/etc.

Usability

I would have given it a 10 but some of the automations are a little confusing to set up. Overall, it's clear and easy to manage/navigates. However, for some of those more in depth automations, more experience or knowledge is helpful in setting those up. Once I used it for a bit, it was very easy!

Support Rating

I never used the customer support. We had a team member who loves monday.com even more than I do and she would serve as our local go-to for things that we encountered. I never heard anyone complain about customer support from our team either.

Reliability & Availability

In my experience, I don't think there was ever a time that I need to access the website and it was unavailable. Everything that I needed was always readily available and since I never used customer support, there was never a wait for that either. It was very reliable in my experience.

Likelihood to Recommend

Monday.com would be useful in any sort or project management situation. If someone is managing many different people/projects/etc. I wish that I had known about it when I was managing a district wide curriculum writing project. My life would have been so much smoother! I also think it's helpful when there are multiple people involved because you can tag them and easily share information.

If you manage multiple projects, you NEED monday.com.
