Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to keep track of the shooting session we have around the country. Is a great way to keep posted all the stakeholders in order to have data such as location, client's name, main areas to shoot, etc. Also, it is great to keep track of more specific details such as shooting problems, and expenses.

Is very easy to use and some templates are very useful. Usually, I prefer creating templates of my own so I can use the automatizations as I need them. Templates are a great way to make teammates begin creating their own boards. Is one of my prefered features on the app
The services is great it is just sometimes a little difficult to reach the team fast. Usually, it will take you to a video or an automated response. It is a little harder sometimes to find information of very specific problems and is hard to explain to the support area how can it be achueved.
I t helps to be more organized with the team, I think updates are a great tool to avoid meetings as you can have conversations with the whole team without the need to take time from everybody. Tagging is a great tool to get the conversation moving, also sharing docs, images, and links is just easy!

It is great for small companies to keep track of key activities and to bring all the platforms in a single solution. People that have never worked with monday.com are a little resistant at beginning but little by little they start loving it and using it on their own.
