The problems we tackle with monday.com are reaching goals and timelines by connecting with other departments that need creative needs such as graphic design or video from our department. We receive weekly request from each department and monday.com allows us to organize it in such a fashion that prioritizes what is requested first and highest priority

I haven’t had to deal with a 24 hour support crew, but Martin says they’re great and they help answer questions that will need to great games within project

Reliability & Availability

monday.com is always up and never seems to fail or go off-line is a huge benefit, especially when even team 25 that rely on it so that we can get daily projects done and improve our business on a consistent basis
