Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a product strategy analyst. I use Monday.com in many different ways. The first way is to submit new SOWs. We use it to keep our SOWs organized from price to region etc. I also use it in my projects for sprint planning. Lastly, I use it for budget planning for our team, this is for the current year and upcoming plans.

Pros and Cons

Being able to edit sprint boards and move things around easily.
The graphics and UX are very creative and fun.
Sharing things with others.

I feel like I lose things sometimes. It's very particular on saving.

Return on Investment

It has allowed for easy sprint planning vs using things like an Azure board.

Usability

As mentioned, sharing things is very easy to do, and color coordination is great.

Support Rating

I have not required support yet.

Reliability & Availability

Monday.com has always performed well. I have never had issues where a bug has messed with my day-to-day. I have no complaints here.

The user experience is terrific! I really like the ease of use, graphics, and how simple the tool is orchestrated. I also love how things are color-coordinated, it makes it very easy to stay organized and pick things out. The sharing capabilities of the tool are awesome, it really allows for easy communication with others on the team.
