I've seen first hand many non-tech savvy folks take to monday.com like a fish takes to water. I rate this software very highly; it's truly a game changer.
It's very difficult to have technical issues resolved; however, I must remark that the company continues to improve in this regard.
Monday.com completely transformed work management flows; it has allowed better engagement, and made it much easier to comply with auditing processeses.

Monday.com is really exceptional in project management and organization, with its great tracking tools. However, Monday.com is still missing integration with other very popular third-party apps.
