Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a project management/tracking tool.
In general, we liked the usability and ease of use.
I don't particularly use the "My work" area, I don't like the visualization and I think it lacks information. I tend to find it easier to go straight to the projects where I know I'm allocated.
I miss a distinction for less complex subtasks.
  • Macro view of projects and teams.
  • Task notifications
  • Visualization filters
  • Option to customize the "my work" area
  • Calendar format view there which provides an overview of tasks and overhead
  • Information about customization possibilities
  • Relieves the operations position
  • Streamlines team control
  • Facilitates the insertion of demands and workflow in one place
The possibilities are not so intuitive
The tool performs basic functions well.
