I am a project manager, and we utilize monday.com as a tool for project management to simplify our workflow, collaborate between team members, and monitor successful projects as well as due projects. many features that Monday has been very helpful in increasing efficiency and productivity through using them for projects.

I chose the 8 out of 10 rating because Monday is designed to have an intuitive interface and has integrated AI on the platform. However, it still has room for improvement. There were cases in which the website was shut down for quite a while, which may have caused some problems. However, the tools and features Monday has, we can call Monday our mechanical assistant.

Support Rating

I have been using Monday for a while now, and even though I haven't contacted the support team, it is essential that they have 24/7 customer support and can help solve issues promptly and immediately. As I mentioned, the platform sometimes experiences lagging; however, with the help of the support team, it can be quickly resolved.

Reliability & Availability

Considering its features, Monday is very reliable. Managing the work on this platform has always been seamless, and I can say positive things about my experience with monday.com. Customizable boards, automation features, product integrations, etc., help us a lot by allowing the majority of the technical work to be done on a single platform without hopping off on different platforms. The Monday pulse tool has been beneficial in monitoring and reviewing all of the work records.

Integrating it to make my projects visually accessible in a single platform has been very helpful.
