We use Monday to communicate any messages or updates that we may have on the status of our clients. Monday really allows for us to stay organized and keep track of everything in regard to the corresponding files. We use it every day to provide updates about our borrowers.
- Allows us to track dates.
- Tag other collogues to address them directly.
- Sends notifications to us whenever we are pinged on a message.
- Resends notifications even after a couple days it has been addressed.
- Marks me as a viewer even though I sent the message out.
- How it displays the entire pdf instead of just the link.
- Improve organization.

Monday is significantly better. Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing it is just better overall. I feel as if Monday has a better system in regard to keeping track of all the files we have. Moreover, I also feel like the fact that it allows me to tag my other coworkers enables me to have better communication in the office.
