Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We use Monday to communicate any messages or updates that we may have on the status of our clients. Monday really allows for us to stay organized and keep track of everything in regard to the corresponding files. We use it every day to provide updates about our borrowers.
  • Allows us to track dates.
  • Tag other collogues to address them directly.
  • Sends notifications to us whenever we are pinged on a message.
  • Resends notifications even after a couple days it has been addressed.
  • Marks me as a viewer even though I sent the message out.
  • How it displays the entire pdf instead of just the link.
  • Improve organization.
  • Improve communication.
  • Improve file management.
Monday is significantly better. Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing it is just better overall. I feel as if Monday has a better system in regard to keeping track of all the files we have. Moreover, I also feel like the fact that it allows me to tag my other coworkers enables me to have better communication in the office.

Monday is really great for tracking appraisals where we can list when it was ordered, when the due date is expected to be and when the inspection has been completed. I also enjoy how I can tag my coworkers to directly address them in my comments, so they see it. I allow all of us to stay accountable by staying updated by having to check Monday in order to stay in the loop.

8 - all sorts, we have loan officers, loan processors, loan partners

  • use them to track any updates on a file
  • we use the spreadsheet in order to track status of variables in the loan

it is a user friendly and very easy to navigate and communicate acorss platforms

monday has been used in our office as a way to track out leads and keep updates posted for our logs. It has served a a great beenfit to our company and as a product

Using monday sales CRM

It is very simple and does not take very much or very long to understand how the entire software works. I think it took less than a week for me to be very confident in using and even teaching other people how to use the site. Moreover, the ability to be able to color coordinate every file makes it very easy to see and use.
