We are a science outreach company. We go into schools and universities to present shows, workshops, and training. We use Monday.com to manage our ales contacts, diarising and invoicing. We have to manage both staff availability and resources as well as ensure that invoices are sent out post-event.
- Creating different boards for sales stages
- Setting up automations for when an item moves to the next stage
- The ability to tag different types of contact for reporting
- Lots of functionality in the pro version that would be nice to have as standard
- Ability to filter out specific boards in different views (i.e. only show 'completed' items)
- Greater pricing flexibility regarding no. of users.
- Ensured no invoicing opportunities are missed
- Calendars are not as flexible as we would prefer
- Reduced the number of spreadsheets I manage
monday.com is incomparable to MS Filemaker. We were using an outdated version that was not cloud-based. Monday.com has revolutionized our sales management

Using monday sales CRM
3 - We use it to track bookings and allocations as well as many more minor functions such as audience sizes, income and contact details. We also us it to store often used info such as price lists and bookings for specific projects.

We are a very small company and Monday.com allowed us to use the product much more easily than larger scaled products on the market.
We wouldn't. We have not seen a better product for our needs.

- We encountered very few issues. The main one being less IT confident staff not looking at the app.

- I like the automated functions a lot. It makes it much quicker to track progress as well as saving time moving things around as their progress changes.
- Being able to create task lists and track their progress is very useful.
- I find it difficult to understand why a simple function such as the total of two number columbs cannot be in the basic package?
