Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint

We use SharePoint primarily for request management (e.g., new hire, software/hardware, onboarding, corporate cards, etc.) as well as process management (e.g., projects, team workflows, etc.), and document storage.
  • Request Management
  • Communications
  • Process Management
  • Workflows
  • Customization can be difficult when out of the box doesn't work for you
  • Limits can be difficult to work around (sometimes 50 views is not enough)
  • Search isn't all that it should be
  • Faster turnaround times
  • Less back and forth
  • Improved customer service
  • More transparency into team functions
  • Elimination of steps/process reengineering
None. I'm a dedicated SharePoint Geek.
Like I said previously, I am a dedicated SharePoint Geek.
SharePoint is great at request management!

MS SharePoint Support

My experience with the SharePoint support team has been pretty bad primarily because of the support rep simply not listening to what the problem is and them being too quick to blame it on another issue and require me to put in another ticket due to "scoping" issues.
