Overall Satisfaction with Netchex
When we started with Netchex we just used the payroll and benefits. Because of its ease of use we have also added Performance management. It has essentially given us an on-line version of an employee file. We can track training and when it expires (which was always cumbersome), how employees are doing, time-off, and of course payroll and benefits.

I like that they are not so big that they ignore the small customers. They are also reasonably priced. Their support is excellent, I had worked with ADP in a prior position, and we did not have the same kind of support
