Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use it across all departments of the organization, for sales, purchasing, manufacturing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Our data is now in one location, that assists with quicker analysis.

- Financial reporting. We really enjoy the flexibility to customize reports, and create saved searches for specific functions.
- The accounts receivable process and communication and insight into information between accounting and sales is great.
- Connected information with related records is great to analysis transactions thru the system.
- We use average costing, and insight into changes to unit values can be difficult and take extra time to review.
- The ability to view a costed bill of material when using average costs.
- In my experience, there is no system information on some manufacturing records, or at least they aren't as robust for items such as routings and bill of material revisions.
- Ability to get to business analysis faster
- We still struggle with accurate information based on the large group of employees using the program.
- In my experience, implementation took a very long time and we are still struggling with getting all individuals on board with NetSuite ERP.
