We use NetSuite ERP daily to generate quotes, meaning it is also our database for items, pricing, and CRM.
- Generates quotes.
- Sales document template options, e.g. quotes, invoices, sales orders.
- Record of prior sales.
- Database for catalog of items, including item descriptions, pricing, inventory.
- Adjustments to quotes can be tedious - maximum display of 25 lines.
- Inability to customize discounting - must use pre-loaded percentage.
- Search terms must be exact - sometimes finding old orders is difficult.
- Efficient - quote turnover is quick
- Convenient - create invoice directly from quote conversion.
