Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our main customer phone support. This is a critical part of our business as we support our customers extensively over the phone. We field dozens of calls every day for various lengths of time.

- Self help tutorials could be more explanatory. Sometimes there is jargon used that the common user would not understand.

- MP3 voicemail files instead of only WAV.
