Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our main customer phone support. This is a critical part of our business as we support our customers extensively over the phone. We field dozens of calls every day for various lengths of time.

  • Self help tutorials could be more explanatory. Sometimes there is jargon used that the common user would not understand.
  • Phone model options
  • MP3 voicemail files instead of only WAV.
  • SMS texting with customers

  • Positive: able to take calls from customers consistently and offer them exceptional service.
  • Negative: inability to interact with customers via text/sms
  • Positive: no missed calls

Nextiva Business Phone Service is really a great service for small to medium sized businesses. I can't speak to large scale, but know all that they offer it probably would scale well.
