Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service to integrate and connect our remote and in office staff members together. Phone call quality was an issue for us, switching over to Nextiva has noticeably improved sound quality and has offered us a number of new features we did not have before. service transfer.

  • perhaps better communication between nextiva staff. so everyone is on same page.
  • call center phone support staff were a little lacking in knowledge of their own onboarding procedures.
  • it has allowed remote workers to be more integrated into the office and with other staff
  • service features has allowed for callers to better reach their desired department even when that department is remote.

overall great experience switching over to Nextiva Business Phone Service. I regret not doing it 4 years ago. It has the features and service our operation needs to operate. If you need a low cost, feature rich VOIP phone service you should consider Nextiva.
