Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Nextiva has allowed us to monitor phone call durations, volume, and review recorded calls for training and educational purposes. We have text to email, online chatting with our customer service representatives, and call que set up that allows us to appropriately direct our callers.

Nextiva has allowed us to monitor our call volume, length, and recorded calls. This helps us determine how many employees for our call center department is needed. We have also been able to review recorded calls for training purposes.
