Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I use Nextiva for 3 of my business locations for the last 3.5 years. Nextiva Business Phone Services provides us with easy dashboard access to setup call groups, call forwarding and on hold messaging. We're able to see and manage calls within the dashboard at an affordable price.
- Technical Support team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone
- Fast reliable service
- Always able to get someone on the phone in the past year
- I only use the basic services and am not very technical so it all works well for me.
- I don't know enough to ask for more
- Overall good value for the price
