NICE inContact CXone really helps us a lot when it comes to monitoring and evaluating our engineers from a QA perspective. NICE inContact also delivers good service when engineers take calls. Thank you for providing such good service for all of us. This means a lot when it comes to a situation like this when a pandemic strikes. NICE inContact really does a great job.
