Nintex Workflow for Sharepoint

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform

We use Nintex across the whole organization on every process that needs workflows.
  • It can handle workflows like no others and customize forms very well.
  • I can't see any point right now.
  • It was possible to create flows related to fiscal issues that brought financial returns due to agility in the treatment of information.
Used with Sharepoint on the premises. With Nintex there are more development options in our Sharepoint environment.
The users can't change our IT development, but it's very important in their processes.
We have several user-designed processes where the data flow goes through several stages, and Nintex works very well controlling the steps of these flows. Sets control of user access in steps, sends emails during the steps and allow the responses of forms by third parties that are outside the company through Nintex Live.
