have implemented Nintex on Office 365 platform. Our main idea was to increase efficiency and get more accurate analytics for better business endeavours. Migrating
to Nintex Workflow Cloud would be a better option but we are not in a place to
afford that at the moment. As a start, I would say Office 365 integration was an
important step since we also needed to improve the quality of our data and
analytics.

If you are to work with the whole Nintex Process Platform I would say that the presence of IT staff is a huge advantage. But it doesn't mean that you cannot use it without proper IT knowledge. Still, you can be a good asset in the Nintex Process Platform with proper training and technical support.
Creating forms without coding is used everywhere nowadays. I think it's a good initiative done by Nintex to gather more attention on their product platform. It gives you more freedom so that everyone can create their own apps with very little knowledge. Because of this, people get to express their ideas more freely so we can use them to improve our business in the future.
Nintex Process Platform enables users to build solutions without IT or coding knowledge, but we need to give them proper training with the whole platform. So when we're building a solution, we don't need to have more human resources around such as system admins, QA engineers, etc. With Nintex Workflow Cloud, we can quickly design and deploy those workflow applications with some simple rules and logic so that we can eliminate manual work using a few clicks without coding.
Basically, the whole Nintex platform is a very mature platform with lots of features compared to other products such as Kissflow. It works by allowing your organisation to use their imagination and plan approach to the workflow using an analysing tool that can then be shared across different customer groups for their feedback. It also helps to build relevant workflows by the use of automation through forms, and improvise these processes through a better reporting and analytics suite.
