Overall Satisfaction with Nutanix
We are currently in the process of converting our Datacenter over to using Acropolis exclusively. It runs our VMs and the snapshots are replicated to Azure to protect our data from disasters. It is used company wide.

- We benefited greatly from storage optimization. The SSDs were a great improvement in performance, and the de-duplication and compression saved us space at a 3:1 improvement.
- Growing the solution in the future will be a dramatic cost savings as it offers a pay as you grow solution.
- The solution we put in place should never require another forklift upgrade.
Nutanix is still growing and already has many of the features ESXi offers. Many are still on the way. You can't quite compare apples to apples, but for what features we use, you can't beat the price of free for Acropolis.
