ON24 is implemented by our digital marketing team, with high-level internal speakers across the company industry. We mostly use the webcasts for educational purposes, and offer CPE (continuing professional education) credits to our qualified attendees.

Pros and Cons

Ease of use - Incredibly easy for presenters to use the PMXD. I have used other webcast platforms, and ON24 crushes them in usability.

I wish there was more flexibility to send emails to registrants through the system - "send now" option, or the ability to send a one off email.

Integration to CRM & Marketing Automation

We integrate with Marketo so that we can use Marketo registration forms hosted on our website. We've had some issues with ON24 not writing all of the information over and that has been unresolved.

ON24 makes our CPE certification process super easy by tracking the number of polls answered and duration attended. We can upload our own certificate image and add the participant's name, that we can make immediately available for download.
