- There could be a 5 step guide to using it that I could send to speakers dialing in to webinars. I have to compile these instructions myself and do trainings so our speakers are comfortable and it takes a hell of a lot of time.
- A bit more audience engagement - such as annotations etc that are allowed on Cisco webex
- For changing slides, it would be useful if there were some indication of who had control so that multiple speakers dialing in from various locations didn't press the "next" button at the same time.
We recently switched over to using Eloqua to register our webinar attendees rather than directly on ON24. 10 mins before the start of the webinar, we import these to the platform but have seen a consistently lower turnout rate since we did so, and are almost certain this is because of poor integration and login issues for registrants. We also are unable to see the live attendees after doing so which is frustrating.
