Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used as a means of announcing program details from our retail partners to their supplier base. We find that hearing the messaging directly from the retailer is a more powerful way to deliver the details around the change than just sending an email.

We don't use ON24 in this way.
I can't recall any issues we've had with ON24 not being available. The reliability has been very strong.
  • ON24 has definitely driven business for us through the messaging of the retailer to their suppliers.
I haven't used any other products like ON24.
The ease of use of ON24 is the biggest plus for the situations we use it. We are asking our retailer partners to take time out of their day (most of the time C level executives) so it's important for us that it's quick and easy to use.
