Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We are currently a reseller of ON24, and we also use the platform to host our own webinars. I've found that it often addresses the problem of availability, giving users the option to host evergreen content with minimal upkeep, without having to worry about who can attend the initial event or not.

  • The ON24 platform is intuitive and very user friendly. This makes it a viable option for users of every skill level.
  • ON24's support team is extremely helpful and responsive. This is especially important when time is against you and you're up against the clock.
  • The back end analytics offered via the platform are in depth yet easy to understand. Another thorough feature that helps to keep you on target and influence future content.
  • A feature I often lament over is having variable resolution options. This element is key to enhancing user experience and accommodating the lowest common denominator.
  • The archive crop tool is a bit bulky. It is hard to pin point specific in and out times making the process longer than necessary and often frustrating. 15 second Rewind & Forward buttons could help with this.
  • Timing out slides in presentation manager is a tedious task, as you have to enter values one at a time rather than being able to do a batch upload.
ON24 is currently integrated with our CRM system Zoho. I don't currently handle any details pertaining to CRM automation but from what I hear, the simplicity of collecting data from ON24 was a huge catalyst to choosing ON24 for our marketing automation needs.
Since I have begun using the ON24 platform, I have heard of very few system outages. Notices of development or updates are usually made known well ahead of time, making it easy to plan around. The majority of our clients have extremely important and time-sensitive content to deliver, in order to comply with their stakeholder agreements. Unexpected errors or outages could have huge implications. ON24 being transparent about any updates, and quick to respond if any issues occur is paramount to client confidence and trust.
  • Uploading evergreen content to the ON24 platform has contributed to us being able to effectively, "Work while we sleep". A viewer being able to watch our content when it suits them has a huge effect on how many customers we can reach.
  • Employee competency has increased largely since we begun using the ON24 platform to host training videos. There are no longer complaints of not being able to find files or not being available when sessions are occurring.
The ON24 platform goes further in-depth than typical web-based applications. I find that the service is much more reliable, more of a "pro" platform. I've found the ease of sign-in, and user-friendliness to be unmatched.
ON24 is well suited for scenarios where you would like to engage the largest audience, using evergreen content, on an on-demand basis. Especially when that audience is scattered throughout the country and world. The capability to upload presentations, audio files, & video files, gives you the flexibility to share your content the way you prefer.
