Overall Satisfaction with ON24
It's being used by several departments at our company. For us in marketing, we use ON24 primarily to host training videos that have credits associated with them, credits that ON24 tracks for us.
- Tracks the credits of people taking the training courses.
- The customizable interface provides lots of options.
- The producers at The Streaming Network, the Canadian arm of ON24, are fantastic to deal with.
- video size is really really small. I know it's all related to bandwidth, but slightly bigger would be great.
- the technical support folks, those in the chat section, sometimes seem to struggle with English. Communication is sometimes a challenge. They are friendly and work hard, but the chat experience is often frustrating.
- I can really only speak to the training aspect, as I'm just a video producer and don't have knowledge of the ROI and lead generation. The tracking of the credits is great, as is the sign-in registration page. Ours is a company that loves to track things, so knowing which folks have watched a certain video and which haven't is very helpful.
We used Brainshark for a number of years before we moved to ON24. The tracking of credits, the tracking of participants through the registration page, the live polling, the simu-live broadcasts that make an on-demand video "feel" live, are all great features.
I don't think ON24 is integrated with our company's CRM, however, I'm not positive. We've undergone a massive change in our entire organization so it's possible that ON24 now "shakes hands" with our CRM, but when we started out that was not the case. It was a like a mini, standalone CRM that we used.
