Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is our current webinar solution for the entire organization. The platform has great options and allows each presenter to decide how they would like present their webinar (simu-live or live). The platform was easy to use and employees seemed to pick up very quickly.

- Staff has complained at times about video quality

- With the ability to add widgets to webinars, we have been able to get increased engagement to other assets and demos on our website
ON24 usage increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to quickly move live events to ON24 very easily. Support was always available to assist with any issues we experienced with the extra high usage.

ON24 is very user friendly. Our staff was able to quickly pick up on the functionality. Building out landing pages or using multi-registration pages is very easy to do and as usual their awesome support is always there to assist with any questions.
