ON24 is the machine behind our homegrown webinars. It is used by the marketing and inside sales team and addresses the challenges that come from a traditional webinar platform. It gives the marketing team the ability to scale and run multiple webinars a month globally. It is the key to our inbound success.
Pros
- Engagement with attendees. There are so many options to engage.
- Love the seamless process from beginning to the end. It's the easiest platform to use.
- There are a lot of innovative features that are rolled out through the year.
Cons
- Does not work with Safari
- I would like to see an option to present by not dialing in.
- Need more global numbers to connect.
- Many scheduled meetings that came out of this.
- Influenced opportunities that are active.
- Keeps the database alive.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Conduct lead scoring
- Track registration and attendance
- Enable sales follow-up
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
- Identify and track top-engaged accounts
Very useful. It was useful prior to the pandemic and gain more popularity for those who don't believe in the tool during Covid-19. This pandemic proved that digital marketing does work and only a fraction of the price of a physical event.
BrightTALK does not have the same capabilities that will drive engagement like how ON24 does. They are great for on-demand webinars but not for live or simulive webinars. They lack functionality in that making ON24 a clear winner.
