Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used across our entire organization. We use it as a way to host monthly webinars with our developers and customers.

  • Registration page.
  • Dial in bridge for speakers.
  • Virtual backgrounds for speakers.
  • Larger PPT side limit (currently 50).
  • Easier to upload PPT to system.
  • Less stringent PPT requirements when uploading.
  • New developers to database.
  • Engage with existing developers.
  • Learn what issues people are facing.
  • Learn which companies are following our brand.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
As we could not host in-person events, hosting webinars via ON24 allowed us to continue engaging our audience and developer database via webinars. This was instrumental in nurturing those relationships and building DTC communications.
Extremely easy to scale and use. Multiple departments use ON24 in our company, and we are 20k large.
ON24 has much better integration into Marketo, reporting, and ease of use for 1k+ attendees.

Yes

ON24 is a great platform for hosting large webinars or presentations. Much better than using traditional tools like WebEx, MS Teams, or Skype. However, it can't be used for massive conference-style events which have thousands of attendees. It hits a sweet spot of medium-sized events.
