Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 has been used as a primary webinar solution within the organization for a number of years. It has allowed us to share priority content with users with supporting documents and materials. It has allowed us to integrate with our internal SSO facility so we can track the engagement and interactions of users across our organization.

  • Leveraging personalization tools to allow relevant content to be shared with users through their Engagement Hub.
  • Excellent support services. Really quick and friendly support in resolving any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Wide toolkit is available for organizations that are looking to use extensive content and video services that are deeply integrated within a platform like ON24.
  • More flexible CSS capabilities to mirror more strict brand guidelines (there has been a recent improvement on this).
  • Integrated support for 'external' Engagement Hubs as an alternative to some products offered by the organization.
  • ON24 has allowed the organization to deliver significant commercial revenue streams consistently over the last 5 years that the platform has been in use.

In the advent of the Pandemic, the availability of the ON24 platform allowed us to easily translate a number of our physical interactions and events over to a virtual environment. This was simple to manage due to internal expert super-users and the ongoing support of the account management and support teams within ON24. We saw many events take place, and the success and engagement of these by our users were strong and well supported.
As we experienced during the Pandemic, it was seamless to just schedule additional webinars and events through the platform. We had a particular use case that allowed us to use the widgets within the Webinar program to connect additional sessions, seamlessly navigating users to different speaking events with minimal drop-off. We saw an increased engagement through this channel compared to the historically physical event only.
ON24 has been a useful product and tool for the organization, one of the strongest values for the product is its reporting capabilities and the engagement scoring it associates with users. If an organization is prepared to integrate with ON24 fully and commit to its product portfolio, then it will be a very successful and smart suite of services.

ON24 is well suited for handling large audiences virtually and making events available on demand. Their on-demand reporting is excellent and allows for ongoing flexible reporting to monitor engagement over time and for varied interactions with the content. The engagement score created and managed within the platform for users is very smart. There can be creative ways in which this data can then be extracted to help build out a clearer view of how users can interact and be engaged across additional channels within an organization.
