Overall Satisfaction with ON24

The platform is used across the organization to conduct client meetings and presentations. During the pandemic, when international travel was not an option, the platform was very helpful in communicating with our end-users. It helps us connect with our clients hassle-free and makes the entire process very smooth and easy to understand for new users as well.

Yes, the platform has been really helpful during the pandemic in connecting with audiences and users all across the globe and allowing us to engage, communicate and connect with them in conjunction. As the travel restrictions eased across the world, we still foresee the usage of the platform to connect with remote clients.
I have rated the platform high on overall scalability as it allows better engagement with our clients, and the latest feature of polls allows us to keep the session interactive. Further, the platform allows us to track the attendees and use the data for further sales follow-up and meetings.

It is well suited for a large audience, but we have experienced lagging in the streaming for audio conference option only. If we switch to audio and video, then the slides and speaker both are lagging a lot. So, there is room for improvement in this department. Although the platform looks better than the previous layout, so keep up the good work.
