Our Field Sales teams were unable to engage in person with our potential Medicare health plan members. Our marketing team had to react quickly and ON24 was the company that fit the bill for being able to provide a tool where our field sales teams could engage with potential members. ON24 is such an excellent tool. The team was able to use the analytics to track engagement. While we began with enrollment seminars, we ended up scaling our webinars into other areas to put our field sales teams out in front of potential health plan members.

Cons
- An easier way to slice and dice the analytics - would like to see ON24 up their game in that area.
- Our team likes that ON24 is very self-service-oriented, there are some situations that don't fit into the self-service and sometimes require a conversation with a live person (not a chatbot) - would be great if there was a help desk type of contact.
- Our sales teams have acquired 40% leads with the ON24 platform.
- Provided the ability to double engagement - 300 online seminars offered, previously in-person seminars offered 150.
- With the new break-out rooms and the reaction emojis - engagement with beneficiaries has gone up by 45% - as we move into our busy period this engagement percentage will definitely go up!
Our company has connected ON24 with our CRM system. We did that last year. This integration has enabled our marketing and sales teams to use a lead nurture program. The connectivity takes the leads collected with ON24 webcasts via the registration page - this goes into a CRM sales dashboard. From that dashboard, a feed goes to our email vendor. The functionality between ON24 and our CRM system has been a game-changer.
With all of the webinar offerings that ON24 provides, our marketing team has been given the ability to change the way in which we approach a traditional webinar. After watching Mark present at a webinar a few months ago, the team approaches the webinar, not as a "webinar" but as an experience. The team has moved from some pretty dry consoles and has gotten really creative with our consoles. The team was also nervous about sending attendees off-page. Mark got us to shift our paradigm to - who cares if they are going off-page as long as they are engaging with my company's content. We've added attachments and URLs in the related content widget. The various webinars that ON24 offers have provided a huge impact on how our marketing and creative teams approach our ON24 online events/experiences.
- Webex App and Zoom
ON24 is far more affordable than Webex. The team had a lot of issues with audio when it came to Zoom. From day one to current - the sales team has experienced zero audio issues. We've also received feedback that the way in which the ON24 console is set up is much more user-friendly than the other types of platforms offered in the marketplace.
