Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for running our Customer care webinars and leading product training, advocacy and thought leadership. ON24 has provided us the ability to host webinars, complete registrations and sync with our CRM as well as have accurate data on sign ups, attendees and viewers on demand. This also provided us with the ability to close caption our webinars which is very important to us as a business.

ON24 has made it easier to host webinars and be able to personalise resources and interface to be seamless for all online events.
I'd love the ability to personalise your templates or copy an existing webinar without it duplicating the slides you bring across. I'd also love for google slides to be selected as a media presentation format.

ON24 is best suited for those who want to personalise their webinar experience for their users but also requires a marketing / design team support to ensure the layout is on brand.
