It easily helps me locate documents regarding our products and services that I share with customers. It helps me to have most everything I need in a single, easy to locate location.
I typically use it to locate data sheets, sample reports, and customer testimonials that I share internally and externally.

Very intuitive and ease to navigate UI
The search bar in excellent and provides relevant material quickly
Very ease to download documents quickly with the plug-ins

Trying to de-duplicate documents with older versions, as to avoid clutter in the main Library
Easier self guided ways to find certain folders

It's well suited for large organizations that have many products and services, as it's a one stop dashboard to find every type of documentation that is needed. It would be less appropriate for smaller organizations that don't have as many products, but still useful nonetheless. Ultimately it helps my efficiency in finding everything I need quickly.
