Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Dyn Managed DNS
Our non-profit company hosts a number (50+) of critical to our mission websites. Those websites spread across different platforms like AWS, Azure, on-premise IIS, but all the external DNS records are hosted on Dyn name servers. The management panel is easy to use and works fast. DNS configuration is flexible and reliable. For the last 2 years there was only 1 outage (you might remember when Twitter was also affected).
For the most critical websites which have 2 ISPs we leverage Dyn's "Active Failover" service which saved us from outages a couple times already.

- Dyn is reliable. For the last 2 years there was only 1 outage (you might remember when Twitter was also affected).

- Not much actually. 0 outages instead of 1 in the last 2 years wold be great, but that was not Dyn technical error - the outage was cause by DDoS attack.
- Dyn's "Active Failover" service which saved us from outages a couple times, but hard to convert those to dollar signs.
- The only outage we experienced in the last 2 years was not very damaging as a lot of famous brands were also affected.
Pretty much any hosting provider can offer you name server service, but Dyn is very reliable and reputable.
