Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

The marketing department uses Eloqua currently and it syncs with our CRM Velocify.
  • Easy to use
  • Very robust
  • Support is great
  • Responsiveness in email drag and drop functionality is horrible
  • Reporting is often confusing
  • I would love to be able to to put notes on my canvas so that I can remember why things were done a certain way.
I love how Eloqua can personalize. Personalizing every email and being able to focus on the customer is a great benefit of this tool.
  • The ROI of Eloqua for our company is outstanding.
I prefer Eloqua over Marketo. It is much easier to use and organization is easier in Eloqua.
Eloqua is appropriate when you really want to focus on segmenting and get the most out of personalization. It's not great for smaller companies who don't have a need to be so minute in the details. It's also not great for a company that doesn't have great data. Garbage in, garbage out.
