Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

The UI is intuitive and easy to use but sometimes suffers from an over abundance or similar windows and views. Overall the clean look and feel is easy to get use to and once the nuances are learned it's very easy to navigate.
Outreach is being used on a daily basis across multiple campaigns and teams to help facilitate and accelerate the sales process. It has helped us instantly connect with incoming leads and automate the follow up process. Outreach has enabled us to automate communications with our accounts which has not only helped us keep in touch with all of our customers but increase activities across all teams who utilize it.

Using Outreach to create, populate and execute a desired campaign is extremely easy and very effective. Having the statistics to look back to when it has finished has allowed us to perfect our messaging as well as look to the wins that we received. Outreach has increased our activity levels and allowed us to keep in touch with our clients on an automated basis.
